I hate packing. I know the things I own are just things, but I have so much trouble leaving things behind, no matter how much I won't need them. I went to a "Ready To Go, What To Pack" advice page, and their number one piece of advice was not to take too much. I suppose I'm trying to take as much of who I am to Scotland with me, but that's when I realized, these things do not define me. They definitely don't define who I hope to be in Scotland. I hope to change and grow and have fun experiencing, and past that, does it really matter what I'm wearing? With that, I will now try to put my life into a suitcase, but also remember that the most important thing I have (myself) will be going no matter what.
