The executive certificate course in Business & Corporate Law is comprised of the two Compact certificate courses in Labor Law and Tax Law.

Questions of labor law are playing an increasingly decisive role for positive results in trade and industry. In a business environment characterized by growing competition and internationalization, flexibility and a focus on performance are now the order of the day, especially in the field of human resources, where the interests of all stakeholders in terms of labor law must nevertheless be protected. An in-depth knowledge of the relevant provisions of labor law is a precondition for optimum results at the level of interaction between employers and employees.

The training offered in the Tax Law course has a strong focus on practical working and the requirements of specific job profiles. Students with the relevant work experience and/or a suitable degree or accountancy examination are introduced to the main aspects and provisions of corporate tax legislation. The course contents round off the practical and theoretical knowledge of students working in company accounting or tax departments and provide them with the specifics that are important for their respective functions.
