- Program Description:
- The Clark University Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) program is designed to strengthen and advance the managerial and analytical skills of mid-career executives in both public organizations and nonprofit institutions. The goal of this graduate level, professional program is to develop administrators who can effectively address the varied managerial, economic and political aspects of public issues and programs. The program also assists professionals from other fields who wish to make the transition to the administration of government, nonprofit or other public institutions. Courses are scheduled for evenings or Saturday mornings to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. Some M.P.A. courses are taught as seminars to encourage close working relationships among students and faculty. All seminars seek a blend of relevant theory and practical application, and course work incorporates the practical experience of students with the academic component of the classroom.

- Students whose native language is not English must provide evidence of facility in English. Full Admission to COPACE Graduate Programs: Exam scores of 577+ (iBT90+, CBT 233+, IELTS 6.5+) on the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam or its equivalent are required for admission.
