On Intern in Florence, your international internship will be tailored to your personal, academic, and professional goals. We’ll work with you one-on-one to find the perfect placement. Start getting excited about: A customized internship in Italy – We know you aren’t traveling to Italy to scoop gelato or service bicycles. Don’t worry. Our internships take into account your career goals, interests, and skills. Our international internships will offer you opportunities in a variety of subject fields. We will customize the experience just for you! If you are interested in fashion, art, or architecture, we have got you covered! We can even offer internships in law, nutrition, counseling or even wedding planning! Whatever your study or interest, Florence will have an internship waiting for you! Learn Italian - You’ll take 3 weeks of intensive Italian language that will begin at the same time as your internship and have the option of adding on 3 additional weeks or having a private tutor! All the flexibility you need – Perhaps you want to work in Florence for the full semester. Or maybe you are looking for a rewarding international experience over the summer. Either way, we can accommodate you! Our internships can be 6 weeks, a full semester, or anything in between. Amazing food options- You’ll eat delicious Italian cuisine from family-owned restaurants found everywhere in Florence. You can also buy food at the two-story market in the city center to make your own Italian food at home. Easy traveling- You can easily take a plane or train to explore anywhere in the rest of Italy, or even the rest of Europe! 360° Networking Toolkit - You will receive business cards, resume/interview coaching, and an internship completion certificate.
