Program Description:

This five quarter Master's program prepares professionals for employment or advancement in the area of student affairs in higher education. Our curricular focus emphasizes student learning and development theory and practice, the development of leadership and management skills, cultural pluralism, group dynamics, advising skills, assessment, and practical aspects of practice (internship). Student success is fostered in this cohort program through its student-centered focus and student involvement as a community of learners.
