Program Description:

VU University Amsterdam is the first European institution to offer a degree in OBM and this is the first summer course of its kind offered in Europe. Students will learn the principles and techniques of applied behaviour analysis (ABA), the ABC model (antecedent-behaviour-consequence), and the four behavioural consequences. They will also explore protocols for shaping new behaviours and learn to use the OBM Optimizer, a practical tool for enhancing organizational performance.

Setting Description:
