Program Description:

Our program provides interdisciplinary training in the mechanisms that underpin life. The program has four tracks: Cell Signaling and Cancer, Inflammation and Immunity, Microbiology, Neurobiology. 

Faculty members use a wide range of cellular and organismal models, and employ innovative techniques including advanced genomics and proteomics, fluorescence microscopy, electrophysiology, biochemistry, molecular genetics and behavioral assays.

Faculty members are committed to excellent, student-oriented mentoring in all aspects of research and professional development.
