Program Description:

This specialisation applies modern theory of finance and financial modelling techniques to financial decision-making and risk management of financial institutions (banks and non-banks) both domestic and international. The program examines the role of banks and other financial institutions, their regulation and financial management. The specialisation provides skills and knowledge suitable for a wide range of careers in financial institutions of all kinds: treasury work, derivatives management, loan policy, consumer and corporate lending, interest rate and foreign exchange risk management, investment, liability management and strategic planning.
