- Unique and exciting opportunities for graduate students in biology. In addition to general biology,where you can design your own concentration in conjuntion with one of our faculty, the graduate program has several concentrations that students can select from: aquatic science,clinical microbiology,microbiology, physiology, cellular and molecular biology, and nurse anesthesiology. Proximity of the Mississippi River and other aquatic environments affords unlimited teaching and research in aquatic sciences, but we are open to research in many different cosystems and on many different biological levels.
