- Program Description:
- The Nutritional Sciences Program offers an interdisciplinary course of study; principal areas of study include public health nutrition, experimental nutrition, and clinical nutrition. Program coursework leads to a Master of Science (MS), Master of Public Health (MPH), or a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Nutritional Sciences. Each program can be combined with our Graduate Coordinated Dietetics Program which provides students the opportunity to work simultaneously toward completion of both a graduate degree and the course work and practice experiences necessary to become a Registered Dietitian.
