Program Description:

International Business Programme elaborates on export marketing, international business operations, negotiations and management. The programme aims at helping students to increase their understanding about the operational complexities of international trading, implications of cross border cooperation, how firms adjust to the diversity and complexities of laws, contracts, business practices and cultures in different countries, and to gather business intelligence for export operations. The programme also increases the students capabilities to understand and analyse foreign operation mode choice decision by concentrating on operation mode strategy as part of the internationalisation process, on the elements and planning of entry strategy and on foreign operation mode alternatives.
