- The students in the M.Biotech Program will come from a wide and varied background with the common goal of pursuing a career in the Biotechnology or the Pharmaceutical industries. Our Program is designed to meet the evolving needs of our students and this global industry. Faculty are drawn from the Departments of Botany, Chemistry and Zoology, and from the University of Toronto Rotman School of Business. Guest lecturers come from the other faculties within the University of Toronto to provide our graduates with a truly interdisciplinary educational experience. Additional instruction will come from leaders of the biotechnology industry and from governmental agencies to round out our broadly based learning environment.
