Program Description:

The Faculty has a dynamic and ambitious research culture, and the majority of those publishing in academic journals of national and international repute are actively engaged in the taught postgraduate program.The postgraduate program both requires and encourages critical analysis of relevant legal issues. Ofparticular importance is independent research and analysis. To this end, one of the six taught modules is given over to a Research Methods module which provides students with both the key skills of postgraduate study and the ability to develop their own research strategies. Students can opt for a Postgraduate Certificate after successful completion of three taught modules, or for a Postgraduate Diploma after completion of six taught modules.
