College of the Southwest’s Master of Science in Education Degree is tailor-made for today’s busy professionals who want to enhance their job performance or to change careers. CSW’s graduate candidates may complete their Master’s degree by selecting and focusing on any of the six areas of specialization: Counseling: Mental Health, Counseling: School Counselor, Curriculum and Instruction, Curriculum and Instruction: Reading, Educational Administration and Educational Diagnostics. All core and specialization coursework for the Master’s degree is delivered and completed 100% online through asynchronous WebCT format and may be completed in some cases in as little as 12 months. Any required practicum or internship is completed in the graduate candidate’s own community.
