Program Description:

This programme is designed to broadly strengthen the teaching profession by building the instructional and leadership capacity of current technical education practitioners in schools, ministries and the industries, as well as prospective candidates aspiring for a higher degree (Ph.D) in career and technical education.

The programme will enable participants to meet the challenges of the contemporary educational and workplace environments. It is focused on high level capacity development of the participants in the areas of research, project management, educational leadership and training in Career and Technical Education.
