Program Description:

Setting Description:

Tartu, the second biggest city in Estonia, is the intellectual capital of Estonia and the city of youth due to Estonia’s oldest and most renowned university, University of Tartu. Locals talk about a special Tartu vaim (spirit) that captures everybody who comes to the city. Tartu is a small quiet city that is perfect for studying.
