Program Description:

The Master of Science in Training & Development is designed to meet the educational needs of working professionals responsible for the planning, delivery and management of education, training and professional development programs for adults. Students will learn curriculum design, instructional design, assessment and online course development. The MS can be completed entirely online.

Students must be graduates of a regionally accredited college and have a 2.75 GPA (on a 4 point scale).
