- Program Description:
The MA in Commercial Property offers students from a wide range of backgrounds the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge relevant to a career in surveying. These capabilities will then be developed and applied through a major project and additional option modules. This project involves inter-disciplinary work both planning students and property students following the MA in Planning and Development route. An individually supervised dissertation completes the year.
The course is accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) of which graduates will be eligible for membership once the necessary practice requirements have been met.

We are pleased to offer the Sheffield Scholarship 2016 to all US students commencing a Taught Masters programme in September 2016. The scholarships are: • £2,000 if your tuition fees are between £14,500 and £16,500 • £2,500 for each student paying fees of £16,501 and upwards We also offer scholarships of 50% of the course fee which will be offered on the basis of academic merit.

- The programme is suitable for those from a wide range of backgrounds, including but not restricted to subject areas such as architecture, geography, urban studies, planning, economics, construction, law or other similar subjects, as well as non-cognate disciplines such as history, sciences and politics, for example.
- International Requirements:
- IELTS 6.5 to 7.0 with at least 6 in written component, or TOEFL 575 (paper based) or 232 (computer based), or equivalent.
