The M.A. in Psychology with fields of concentration in Industrial/Organizational and Social Psychology aims to develop competent and effective professional-psychologists who will satisfy the present and future needs of different organizations, including business and industry both in the public and private sectors in the Visayas and Mindanao regions specifically, and the Philippines in general.
