This certificate program is directed toward preparing prosthodontists in the subspecialty of maxillofacial prosthetics. The residents' primary educational experiences involve prosthetic rehabilitation of patients with oral and facial, congenital, and acquired defects. Requirement for admission is successful completion of an accredited advanced program in prosthodontics. The program has a school- and hospital-based residency.
