Program Description:

The Faculty of Law brings together its Common Law and Civil Law Sections to offer joint graduate programs that are bilingual and bijuridical. The programs are open to law graduates from both legal systems of Canada and from all other countries around the world. Students have the opportunity to complete their graduate studies and research while initiating themselves into another juridical and linguistic tradition.
