- The purpose of the Industrial/Organizational program is twofold: 1) to prepare students for careers in industrial and non-profit working organizations, and 2) to prepare students for doctoral-level graduate work. There are two tracks or subprograms offered within the curriculum; 1) Personnel psychology and 2) Consulting and employee counseling.
