Applicants to the Master’s program normally require a four-year Honours degree in Sociology or equivalent, a minimum GPA of 3.0 over the last two full years of study and a minimum GPA of 3.25 in Sociology courses.
To be eligible for admission to the Ph.D. Program, students must have completed the equivalent of a University of Manitoba M.A. degree in Sociology. Normally, a minimum GPA of 3.5 (or the equivalent) based on the last two full years (or equivalent) of university study is required.
