Program Description:
The Integrated Programs in Biomedical Sciences (IPIBS) is a gateway for graduate students interested in obtaining a Ph.D. in biomedical research. From the five basic biomedical science programs, students choose which program best matches their research interests and career needs. There is a flexible core-curriculum during their first year along with discipline-based coursework. Students do rotations to choose a research mentor and project for their PhD dissertation research.
