The LLM in Paris is an innovative programme developed by experienced Centre for Commercial Law Studies (CCLS) academics from Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), many of whom are also practitioners. The programme caters to students who are able to study full-time, as well as to practitioners who would like to enhance their professional knowledge and career development on a part-time basis. Led by Dr Maxi Scherer, Senior Lecturer at QMUL, Member of the Paris Bar and Practicing Solicitor in England and Wales, the programme leads to a prestigious Queen Mary University of London qualification. It has two start dates in January and September, and provides students with in-depth immersion in commercial law from both comparative and international perspectives, within a common law framework.
