Program Description:

The Summer Internship Program is a two month, June-July, five credit program made up of two parts: 20 hours a week at on site at internship location and weekly Career Development for Interns course and workshop to accompany the skills you are acquiring in your field placements.

-Gain better understanding of the professional demands and requirements of a particular field of interest -Learn about the social and cultural issues of Israel first hand and reflect on how they impact the organization and work -Experience a fully integrated Israeli work place environment -Receive theoretical material connecting work experience to what you are learning -Direct mentoring to apply management tools and skills to better develop your professional self -Earn career planning and effective decision making skills for short and long term goals

The program will provide you with real world field experience in one of four primary fields of interest: Students will also meet with successful leaders in all of the above mentioned fields, learn from the experiences and acquire important networking opportunities.

Setting Description:
