This course is particularly relevant if you are a manager or aspire to a position of significant managerial responsibility in a public or quasi-public or voluntary organisation. Theprogramme aims not only to develop your skillsbut to extend the capacity of your organisation to respond effectively to changing problems andopportunities. It covers three major themes of resource management, strategic management and research for public management.
