Program Description:

This course has been developed in response to the increasing importance of EC Law in both legal practice and the business community and offers a practical focus on constitutional and commercial issues which are of immediate relevance in the workplace. The program is designed to be a staged award, which means that students may leave at any of three stages, each leading to the recognised postgraduate qualification of Certificate, Diploma or Master’s degree in EC Law.
