- Our Department of Mathematical Sciences is able to offer PhD Mathematics supervision in a wide range of mathematical areas, including both “pure” and “applied” subjects. If you successfully complete a research degree in mathematics, you will be well qualified for careers in finance, industry, scientific research and universities.
