Program Description:
The MSc Infection Control online has been designed for nurses and other health professionals who have an infection control role in their workplace but is open to anyone with an interest in this area. The course aligns with the framework of competencies outlined by the Infection Prevention Society and will develop your expertise in several key areas of best practice. Delivered entirely online, the MSc Infection Control course gives you the flexibility to study whilst you continue to work full-time. It also allows you to interact with other infection control specialists spread throughout the UK and internationally.

Requirements:
Our applicants are usually registered nurses or health care professionals in full-time employment with a minimum of two years post-registration experience and access to a clinical microbiology department. In addition, applicants normally have an Upper Second Class Bachelors degree in a relevant subject. We recognise that many people have a wealth of valuable skills and knowledge developed at work or through training. If you do not meet the above entry requirements, but believe you have the potential to succeed on the course, we will consider your application on its individual merits.
