Program Description:

The Executive Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management program is a fully accredited, flexible degree program designed specifically for experienced individuals who already have a high-level real estate or construction management designation or degree or already have years of work experience under their belt. Delivered using a combination of online distance learning and intensive three-day executive residency sessions, you’ll gain key concepts, knowledge and analytical tools essential for today’s and tomorrow’s real estate and construction management industry. Students are required to attend a total of three of these courses in residence during the program. Business subjects are presented through an integrated method that models the complex responsibilities of mangers, owners and employees.
