The UConn School of Business M.S. in Human Resource Management (MS HRM) features leading-edge curriculum taught by experienced, full-time faculty, designed around the needs of today's working professionals. The MS HRM is designed to build the skills needed for future HR leaders over a concentrated twenty-two month period. The Advanced Business Certificate in HRM is a shorter, 4-course option for professionals seeking a deeper education beyond professional certifications in specific areas like Labor Relations or Talent Management. Both programs are offered in a distinctive blend of on-campus and online learning that maximizes the advantages of both instructional modes while leveraging UConn's extensive experience in online, on-campus, and hybrid learning. Applicants to the Human Resource Management program must have the following: 1. Undergraduate degree 2. Resume 3. Personal statement 4. Two letters of recommendation, including at least one professional recommendation 5. GMAT/GRE (MS HRM program only) 6. Personal interview 7. US Residency or Visa and ability to travel once a month to Hartford, CT (MS HRM program only)
