Program Description:

The University offers an eighteen month online Master of Science in Human Nutrition. Intake is in the fall and spring each year and admission is on a rolling basis. The deadline is July 15th for fall consideration and November 15th for spring consideration. The program provides a foundation for graduates to pursue careers such as a Clinical Nutrition Specialist, Clinical Certified Nutritionist, and Registered Dietician.
