The University of Baltimore's M.F.A. in Creative Writing & Publishing Arts was named one of the top nine distinctive M.F.A. programs in the country by Poets & Writers Magazine, the nation's primary publication for creative writers.  You'll discover "plork" – what happens when writers feel free to experiment and play – and create your own print and electronic journals.
