This program offers an interdisciplinary approach of the current governance problems and their possible solutions in developing countries, especially in Africa. The crisis of the developing countries and the African continent is analyzed both from political and socioeconomic perspectives identifying determinant mechanisms and events at the national, regional and international levels.
