Program Description:

This course is designed and delivered by a multidisciplinary team of established academics with support from leading-edge industrial practitioners. The course delivery team is actively engaged in research and consultancy activities through the Urban Water Technology Centre (UWTC), Abertay Centre for the Environment (ACE), and Dundee Business School. The Urban Water Technology Centre has close links with industry that contribute to and inform teaching and research within the group. The research group has been awarded the highest research rating in Environmental Science within Scottish universities. Emphasis is given to practical application of environmental management within industry and commerce, in addition to the appropriate theoretical rigour. Our Dundee Business School provides postgraduate management and entrepreneurship-related courses and has extensive experience in working with businesses to equip technology-based managers with the skills necessary to develop new business capacity. The course provides you with an opportunity to acquire the knowledge and understanding of environmental management and policy, for the purpose of developing sustainable best practice in a range of organisations.
