Program Description:

The MBA Real Estate sets the analysis of property markets within the context of economics and finance, with a strong focus on business and property strategy. The programme aims to: Develop interest in, and knowledge of, economics, investment, finance and management as analytical frameworks for understanding the operations and functions of property markets and institutions. Equip graduates with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the current and future challenges associated with professional property practice in a business context. Prepare graduates for entry into the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) faculties concerned with Urban Property, and in particular the Commercial Property, Management Consultancy and Valuation faculties. The MBA Real Estate is accredited by the RICS, allowing graduates to proceed to the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and full professional membership of the RICS.
