- The MSc in Oil and Gas Enterprise Management will provide a broad training in oil industry matters; especially those pertaining to how relatively small oil companies can work with National Oil Companies (NOCs) to better exploit their hydrocarbon resources. In this respect, training in commercialisation, economics and law will be important, as will an understanding of how science and technology can be applied at the cutting-edge to improve hydrocarbon exploration success and recovery. The target audiences would be geologists, engineers and business managers working in NOCs, but the course would equally appeal to British and international graduates and professionals seeking to increase their knowledge, skills and qualifications.

- Honours degree, at a level of Upper Second-Class (2.1) or above, or its international equivalent, preferably in Geology, Geophysics, Engineering, Law, Economics, or other relevant degree. Alternatively, industry or other postgraduate experience may be considered as qualifications. Applicants from National Oil Companies, other oil companies, and students with career ambitions higher within the industry are particularly encouraged to apply
