Program Description:

This course has been developed to meet the needs of serving and aspiring middle and senior managers from both the public and private sectors, and is linked to the Management Charter Initiative (MCI) standards for middle/senior management. It aims to develop your personal, professional and intellectual skills in order to enhance your managerial effectiveness, and to further your career development. The M.A. course is the equivalent of 8 full modules of study, but it is possible to leave the programme with 5 modules and complete the Diploma stage. The Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) is a nationally recognised qualification and successful completion will offer advanced entry (with APL credit), to a number of higher management qualifications such as an MBA, or study at Doctorate level.
