- The Escola Superior de Comerc Internacional (ESCI) was created in 1993 as part of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra with the objective of training expert professionals for international business.
ESCI is an international business school, therefore, the courses offered focus on international economics, business, communication, marketing, and related business topics. ESCI follows a trimester system and students take an average of 20 ECTS credits per trimester, which equates to 10 SUNY credits. Therefore, students participating in the fall semester at ESCI (1st trimester) only would earn approximately 10 SUNY credits. Students participating for the spring semester would be expected to study at ESCI for both the 2nd and 3rd trimester (January-June), earning 12-19 SUNY credits.
