- Program Description:
- This program is meant to widen the academic perspective of graduate law students. It offers participants an opportunity to gain a general knowledge of comparative law, covering the theory of comparative law as such, and offering introductions into three major areas of positive law on a comparative basis: constitutional and administrative law, private law and criminal law. This program aims at participants who prepare themselves for either an academic or professional career. Please note that there might be some later modifications in the program.
