Program Description:

The Graduate Program in Biochemistry leads to the Ph.D. degree. The program aims to provide broad training that can be used in different contexts. While most students are expected to pursue a research career or to combine research with teaching in an academic setting, some choose alternate career paths such as corporate research and development, scientific communication, research administration, or law.
