Program Description:

The Conflict Management department desires to train biblical conflict managers who will impact their local congregations, develop Sunday School curriculum, become trained denominational specialists, establish their own consulting ministries, publish books in the field, conduct training seminars, and find ways to help the conflicted church. Those involved in conflict management feel called to make a difference.
