Anyone who opts to follow the Human Resource Studies Master’s programme at Tilburg University will immerse themselves in questions like this. Questions that modern organisations are increasingly asking themselves. During the programme, you will learn to analyse current HR themes on the basis of different academic approaches and you will apply your knowledge in the form of empirical research. Human Resource Studies is a one-year English taught Master’s programme for students who want to gain a more in-depth knowledge of HR issues and apply this knowledge in practice.
