Anyone who opts to follow the Human Resource Studies Master’s programme at Tilburg University will immerse themselves in questions like this. Questions that modern organisations are increasingly asking themselves. During the programme, you will learn to analyse current HR themes on the basis of different academic approaches and you will apply your knowledge in the form of empirical research. An inspirational approach that will lead you to new insights Could the programme be for you? Human Resource Studies is a one-year English taught Master’s programme for students who want to gain a more in-depth knowledge of HR issues and apply this knowledge in practice. Besides gaining thorough academic training, you will work on personal skills that will stand you in good stead when you start your career as an HR professional. Once you have completed the Master’s programme, you will be fully equipped for a fascinating HR career in the private or public sector.
