Program Description:
The Master of Agriculture degree program at a distance is designed to prepare students and professionals as leaders, managers, and executives in the agricultural sciences and natural resources areas. The program is designed specifically to meet the needs of today's working professional. This non-thesis degree program requires a minimum of 36 semester hours of graduate coursework. Because the program is multidisciplinary, students are able to design a program that will meet their unique career objectives. Students select an area of emphasis (a minimum of 18 semester credit hours) in either Agricultural Education, Agricultural Education with Principal Professional Certification Preparation, Agronomy, Horticulture, or Resource Management.
