- Program Description:
- TISE is open to students of all nationalities. Prerequisites are a Master's degree (1) (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or in a closely related field, and mastery of the English language. Exceptionally strong candidates graduating within 1996 will also be considered. The main language of the universities is Finnish, but courses in thisprogramme are available in English. Starting from the master's level, study time is expected to be four years.
