Program Overview

Program Description:

This two-year program is the only one of its kind offered in Atlantic Canada. Itinvolves a combination of course work and seminars, along with thepreparation/defense of a research thesis. With faculty, you conduct research ontopics of major interest in astronomy and astrophysics, using both theoreticaland observational techniques. Most Saint Mary's graduate students go on toadvanced programs (PhD).
