The M.S. in Human Resource Development is designed for people currently employed in HR functions who wish to develop themselves professionally, for mid-level managers in need of emphasis development because their involvement in the HR function is increasing, and for people working in allied fields who wish to make a career transition. Program courses meet strictly in a weekend college format.
