Program Description:

The Industrial Organizational Psychology program will prepare you to find solutions in the workplace. You will learn to use psychological principles to understand behavior and improve the productivity and quality of work life of employees at any organizational level. You will study psychological theories and techniques you can put to work in employee selection, training and evaluation.

• Experiential learning engages students in applying concepts and often interacting with the business community.
• Faculty and students actively support and participate in networking, including local and national conferences and meeting.
• Two to three graduate assistantships are available for fall and spring semesters.
