Program Description:

St. Catherine University offers the MAOL designed to enhance a person's abilities on ethical, effective, and enduring leadership within and among organizations. The program was one of the first multidisciplinary programs of its kind in the country; graduates are prepared to be the leaders of the new millennium. This program has three concentration areas as well as a general major. We offer certificate options as well.
